I had the task of redesigning the Careers website at WCM, which happens to be one of the most public facing websites. I interviewed administrators of the website as well as current employees and prospective employees to see where their pain points were on the current site. Using this feedback, I designed this website under the direction of Human Resources and the Art Director of Web Communications. We have had great feedback in response to the new website. It was one of the first websites launched under the new brand of WCM.
